We've coated Passover matzos with buttery toffee, and covered them with paper thin coating of our 56% Ecuadorian bittersweet chocolate. The result is a sweet treat that's easy to eat and adored by all. Choose from Plain or Toasted Sesame.

These treats are not certified Kosher for Passover. This product contains soy.

Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, butter from Maine, Maine sea salt, vanilla extract, baking soda, Directly-traded bittersweet chocolate from Ecuador (cocoa liquor [cocoa mass], sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier [soy lecithin]), matzo from Israel (wheat flour, water), toasted sesame seeds (for the Toasted Sesame option only).

From our kitchen to yours

Kate Shaffer, artistic director and founder of Ragged Coast Chocolates, started making exquisite confections in her tiny, home kitchen on Isle Au Haut, Maine eight years ago. From truffles and caramels to cookbooks and baking mixes, Kate and her husband Steve have grown the company far beyond its modest start into an award-winning and nationally-recognized purveyor of the finest chocolates in the world.
